I was honoured by GFSI’s invitation “to come and cover the event for your channel”. Following this invitation I was able to set a series of 3 interviews to share with Food Safety Professionals not only what happened but also what you can expect from the 2020 version of the benchmarking requirements.
Interview with Roy Kirby, GFSI’s Board of Directors Co-Chair
The third interview is with Roy Kirby Director of Global Food Safety for Mondelēz International and GFSI’s Board of Directors Co-Chair.
He is a member of Mondelez International’s Global Quality leadership team. Roy’s current responsibilities cover all Food Safety relevant disciplines including Microbiology, Toxicology, Allergens and Packaging right across the Product Lifecycle. He leads a high performing team across the world to ensure that Mondelez International’s Quality policies and expectations are applied and validated on a consistent basis.
Prior to joining Mondelez, Roy was a member of the European Food Safety Authorities Executive Office responsible for Quality Management.
