Ajay has lectured in the field of Food Science and Technology to University students in Australia, UK and New Zealand. He has shared his expertise by presenting technical seminars at both local and international conferences and webinars.
Ajay has been operating a Food Technical Consultancy business for the past 20 years in providing Scientific and Technical Food Solutions to the food industry in Australia.
He was awarded a Fellow of the AIFST, in recognition of the outstanding service to the food industry by the Australian Institute of Food science & Technology in 2018.
